Magical moments with Zing

Zing Fruit Juice has joined forces with Vee's Video to bring movie-lovers a really sweet deal. If you rent DVDs from the Take 2 shelf, then you will receive two complementary Zing 200 ml fruit juices. That's not all, if you like your movies fresh off the big screen and prefer a DVD from the New Holiday Releases section, you will receive a Zing 1 liter fruit juice!

Prime-time braai-time

On Friday, 24 September 2010, e-TV and Frontline Marketing took a vote and decided: it's a nice day for a braai.

Zing Fruit Juice attended this braai in style, with branded point-of-sale items and a gazebo to match. To create further awareness, Zing gave out complementary 200 ml fruit juices to the braaiers, slaaiers and all-round good people attending the fiery festivities.

At the end of the day, we realised that it wasn't just a nice day for a braai - it was The Perfect Day!

Wheelchair event moves community

Zing Fruit Juice was proudly involved with the Mitchell's Plain Eskom Wheelchair Race on 6 November 2010. Local communities participated in full flair, while participants came from as far as Mosselbay and Oudtshoorn.

The enthusiasm of the racers were evident, as it was felt by everybody present. The riders' faces all gleamed with a sense of belonging, while they enjoyed the spotlight and support of the community!

Zing is proud to have been part of this much needed initiative by Eskom. We handed out 200 ml Zing fruit juice to help the participants cool down after the eventful day.

Birdie brands the green

Zing Fruit Juice sponsored the Raimondi Golf Day in conjunction with Brafica Distributors on 18 November 2010, and made their appearance very prominent with their branded Zing gazebo and banners. The weather hit a hole-in-one with the event, adding to the most enjoyable day of golf.

Lazy Sundays at Geli's

On 21 November 2010, Zing Fruit Juice held a very homely promotion at Geli's Tavern. People came out at around 12h30 and enjoyed the day together in good spirits.

We promoted the new 2 litre Zing size via table visits, while customers were treated to Zing-branded water bottles if they purchased two 1 litre Zing fruit juices.

Positive Response:

Zing Apple enjoyed the limelight, with everyone wanting more of the juicy nectar from this pome fruit. Also, people who tasted Zing for the first time, said that the fruit juice was sweet enough to enjoy and that it didn't leave any unwanted aftertaste.

Good vibes in Durban

Mthembu's Tavern in Durban played an excellent host for a successful Zing Fruit Juice promotion on 12 November 2010. We informed customers about the new 2 litre Zing size that is available on the shelves of all major retail outlets - remember to be on the look out! Customers were also rewarded with Zing-branded water bottles, all they had to do was buy two 1 litre Zing fruit juices - good vibes all around.

Zing Fruit Juice held a number of successful promotions at Brito's Meat Centres across the Western Cape. The well-received Zing promotion consisted of an in-store competition where customers had to buy a 1 litre Zing Fruit Juice to enter. The winners walked away with a Zing gift hamper worth R400 each - we hope you enjoy it with your meat!
