On Friday, the 11th of June, merely a few hours before the 2010 FIFA World Cup kick off, Virgin Active Tygervalley hosted a Diski Dance 101 to the Outsurance and SIAS offices. The Diski Dance consists of successive choreographed soccer movements and is featured in a TVC by South African Tourism.
Zing Fruit Juice sponsored the training session with their fruity thirst quenchers, ensuring that everyone had enough energy to have a little kick-about before the game - while some practiced their vuvuzela skills in preparation for the big kick off.
